Millions Up For Grabs

The first Saturday in October is a big day for horse racing bettors, as several tracks are offering up huge purses on their cards, notably Woodbine, which has become a prominent track heading into the Breeders' Cup later this month. They have more Win and You're In races this weekend which is all part of a Saturday that has well over $3 million in purses up for grabs.

Other tracks featuring high profile races with big purses are Keeneland and Belmont Park. It all adds up to one of the bigger weekends of the fall for horse racing.
