4. When you are inside a racing track make sure you visit a betting window and place a bet. It does not have to be a high bet, just get the feel. The smallest amount you can bet on is usually 1$
5. Check horse's history in the type and length of race you are placing your bet on. If the horse is a sprinter don't put a bet on it for the longer races.
